Ready, Set, Go

Today is Week 3 of working for myself. After twenty-plus years of being an employee, working set hours and doing whatever management decide I should be doing, it’s pretty scary to be venturing out on my own. After months of planning, thinking, talking and – yes – worrying, the time has come.

It’s quite scary, the whole “putting yourself out there” thing, especially for shy people like myself, whose inclination is to not draw attention to themselves.
